Install a more efficient system and receive rebates from $50- $1,600.
Qualified Columbia Water & Light residential customers participating in the Attic Plus program can be eligible for the following rebates up to $450, and duct insulation up to $300.*
Ground Source Heat Pumps
$300 per ton rebate is available to CW&L residential and commercial customers retrofitting an existing system and/or to new construction.
Home Performance with Energy Star is a national program designed to bring your home up to Energy Star standards.
Load Management reduces peak electric demand during the hottest afternoons of the summer when air conditioning load is the greatest and the cost of electricity is at its highest.
The Enhanced Home Performance with Energy Star program helps families in our community save money on their energy bills so it can be used for other pressing family needs.
Electric customers with heat pumps are eligible for a reduced electric rate.

The Tree Power program promotes energy conservation through energy-efficient landscaping. When you sign up for the program, Columbia Water & Light will provide a free shade tree and visit your property to make a recommendation about the best place to plant your tree.
